The Mission Planner supports army-based commander authentication, which means that as long as army passwords are secret, opposing commanders cannot eavesdrop on each others flight plans. The Mission Planner also has a "host mode" which allows the campaign host to manage commander accounts/passwords, campaign objectives, reinforcements etc.
